The 220 mile long Big Bend National Scenic Byway consists of two very distinct trails - the Forest Trail, which weaves through the Apalachicola National Forest in Wakulla County, and the Coastal Trail, which winds along the Gulf Coast between St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge and Apalachicola, including St. George Island State Park. This Florida byway is packed with an amazing diversity of scenery, historical sites, recreation areas and wildlife.
