Spring Creek derives its name from these fourteen springs that pump fresh water directly into the salty Gulf to create the ideal environment for some of the finest seafood in the world.

Commercial fishing, sport fishing, duck and goose hunting once created a thriving economy for the community of Spring Creek. Operated by the Lovell family, the restaurant has earned a reputation for the freshest local seafood much of which is caught by them. Mullet, grouper, amberjack, pompano, trout, blue crab, stone crab, oysters and shrimp are some of the natural delicacies to be found on the menu.
