Walk for the Wild
Get out and get moving a distance of 5K in nature to raise funds supporting environmental education and outreach on the refuge and in the community creating stewards for our lands. Wildlife seekers can come to watch the migrating monarch butterfly pass through the Wakulla County coast around this time, specifically at the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge. The festival has numerous wildlife exhibits in addition to nature-based educational demonstrations.
